Mafia Island, part of Tanzania’s Spice Islands in the Indian Ocean, is a hidden gem known for pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, abundant marine life, and a relaxed tropical vibe. It is ideal for diving, snorkeling, and eco-tourism away from crowds.

Overview

Mafia Island covers approximately 394 km² and is part of the Mafia Archipelago. It features lush coastal forests, coral reefs, and the protected Mafia Island Marine Park. Unlike Zanzibar, Mafia is quieter and largely untouched, offering an intimate experience with nature and traditional island culture.

TRANSFERS
